Primal Decor does not accept refunds or returns on deposits. There are
no exceptions to this rule.
Any deposit made is forfeited to Primal Decor if you do not communicate
a reschedule.

Reschedule parameters:
Piercing appointments: at least 1 day prior to appointment.
Tattoo appointments: at least 3 days prior to day of appointment.

Deposits are also forfeited if you do not show up to your appointment.
If you reschedule your appointment within the above parameters, your
deposit will be moved over to your newly rescheduled appointment.

Contacting Primal Decor prior to your appointment must be done during
business hours through our business line.
All deposits not used within 12 months after deposit is made without
prior arrangement with your tattoo artist will be forfeited to Primal
Decor.

Social media or texting does NOT qualify as a formal rescheduling of
your appointment.

Tattoo clients:
Your tattoo sketch will be available to make alterations if needed the
day of your appointment. If you would like to see it before you must set
up a second consultation with the artist. This consultation must be made
the same day you make your deposit.
